Destinations
We ship to any address within the USA via USPS (your regular mail). Although the TARDwear Online Shop is currently not set up to handle deliveries outside the United States, you can use our Contact Form to let us know which items you are interested in and where you would like them to be shipped. We will then let you know how to go about getting them delivered to wherever you like.
Cost
The shipping cost for your order is based on the total purchase price using the following scale:
Delivery Time
Items are generally shipped within two working days of your order and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This usually means you will receive your order anywhere in the USA within about 10 days (Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer). If an item you order is currently out of stock, it will be backordered and may be delayed up to about 4 weeks beyond the original delivery date estimate. We will notify you via email if you have a backordered item and provide a revised estimate of your delivery time.
Please note: Merchandise purchased through the TARDwear "cafepress" store is handled separately by cafepress and may have a different tax policy than items purchased from the tardwear.com shop. See the cafepress.com site for information on taxes charged on cafepress purchases.
For items purchased from the tardwear.com shop, California residents will be charged 8.25% tax.

Customer satisfaction is important to us at tardwear.com. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from our tardwear.com shop, you must request a "Returned Materials Authorization" (RMA) number from us prior to returning any item. Use our Exchange Return Request Form to request a RMA number. When your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you an email containing your RMA number and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note the following limitations and exclusions regarding exchanges / returns:
You must have the "Receipt ID Number" from your order to request a RMA number.
You must request and receive a RMA number and include that number with your returned item.
Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged after you receive it from us. Items that have been monogrammed, personalized or have been used are also not returnable.
You will be required to pay the shipping and insurance costs for the returned item. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective when you received it.
We make every effort to process your return promptly after we receive the returned item. However, please understand that during busy seasons it may take 4-6 weeks to send you a replacement item or refund.
