Exchange Return Request

Please note: This Exchange Return Request Form is NOT to be used for merchandise purchased from the TARDwear "cafepress" store, which has its own independent returns policy. See the cafepress.com site for information on return of items purchased from cafepress.

If you have received a purchase from tardwear.com which you would like to return, please fill out and submit the form below. Upon receiving and evaluating your completed form, we will assign a "Return Materials Authorization" (RMA) number to you and provide instructions on how to return your item. This information will be sent to the email address that you enter on the form below.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS REGARDING EXCHANGES / RETURNS:

---You must have the "Receipt ID Number" from your order to request a RMA number.
---You must request and receive a RMA number and include that number with your returned item.
---Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged after you receive it from us. Items that have been monogrammed, personalized or have been used are also not returnable.
---You will be required to pay the shipping and insurance costs for the returned item. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
---If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective when you received it.
---We make every effort to process your return promptly after we receive the returned item. However, please understand that during busy seasons it may take 4-6 weeks to send you a replacement item or refund.
