Please note: This Exchange Return Request Form is NOT to be used for merchandise purchased from the TARDwear "cafepress" store, which has its own independent returns policy. See the cafepress.com site for information on return of items purchased from cafepress.
If you have purchased an item from the tardwear.com shop that you wish to return for exchange or refund, you must first obtain a "Return Materials Authorization" (RMA) number from us. To request a RMA number, use our online "Exchange Return Request Form", which you can access by clicking here. Be sure to read our "Limitations and Exclusions Regarding Exchanges / Returns" at the top of the form before submitting it.
